Every Smart Ration Card manufactured and coordinated by Radiance Innovation adheres to strict multi-layer security parameters to protect citizen PII data and eradicate unauthorized duplicates.

01
Physical Card Material

Manufactured from durable 100% virgin multi-layer PVC substrate designed to resist moisture, extreme temperatures, and daily handling.

02
Encrypted 2D QR Code

High-density tamper-proof 2D QR code encoding digitized ration card number, family composition, and encrypted cryptographic hash.
.

03
Micro-Text Security Border

Ultra-fine continuous security lettering surrounding card borders visible only under 10x magnification, preventing photographic reproduction.

04
Optical Holographic Overlay

Transparent protective holographic lamination hot-stamped over the card face preventing surface abrasion, tampering, or erasure.

05
One Nation One Ration Card (ONORC) Compliance

Standardized card visual hierarchy compatible across national PDS server architecture, enabling interstate and intrastate grain portability.

06
Tamper-Evident Packaging

Each individual family card is sealed inside a secure, water-resistant envelope printed with delivery address, FPS code, and barcode.
